I am John Spak. For over 50 years, I studied the intricate “Palm Changes” of Baguazhang. But I saw that most students got lost in the shape and missed the substance. They spent decades learning a form without ever mastering the principle.
That’s why I developed The Torque Drills.
I stripped away the historical bloat to isolate the core mechanisms of adaptation: the spiral torque, the breath-governor, and the shift in awareness.
